LUBBOCK – The Lubbock Apartment Association conducted their semi-annual Occupancy Survey for June 2014
• The total unit surveys returned was 10,171.
• The total units occupied was 9,215.
• The figures yeilded an overall occupancy rate of 90.6 percent.
Units surveyed were divided into five areas of the city. By comparison, the overall occupancy factor of 90.6 percent is higher than the 90.5 percent factor determined by the Occupancy Survey of June 2013.
