SAN ANTONIO - Los Angeles-based Tryperion Partners has closed on the purchase of the 138,510-sf Gateway Plaza located at the I-35 and Loop 1604 interchange on the city’s far Northeast Side.
Anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Gateway Plaza is currently 97 percent occupied. The acquisition also includes vacant land for future development of the center.
Gateway Plaza marks Tryperion’s latest buy in the Alamo City. Last September, the private real estate investment firm purchased the Oakwell Springs apartment complex — a 252-unit multifamily community located at 1946 NE Loop 410 in North Central San Antonio.
