FORT WORTH - Developer Hillwood Properties is readying to start a speculative project that will bring Alliance Gateway 24 and 25 to its 18,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned community.

Hillwood plans to develop Alliance Gateway 24 and 25 at the southeast corner of Park Vista Blvd. and Liberty Way in Fort Worth with vacancies ranging from 25,000 sf up to more than 230,000 sf. The developer plans to complete the project by first quarter 2015.

The two projects make good on a promise Hillwood President Mike Berry made to the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate community earlier this year. The North Texas region has more than 18 million sf of industrial space under construction as the market’s vacancy rates reach historic lows.

The new facilities will offer suppliers and partners of the ability to locate in proximity to the more than 370 companies already at AllianceTexas, said Tony Creme, vice president of Hillwood.

"Hillwood continues to see strong demand for industrial space at AllianceTexas," Creme said. "With the increased density we’re experiencing in and around AllianceTexas, there is a great opportunity to offer space that supports the overall growth in the region."
