FRISCO – Thomas Land and Development has announced two new venues that will be coming to its Wade Part mixed-use development: Pinstripes Inc. and iPic Theaters.

This will be the first Pinstripes Bowling, Bocce, Bistro location in Texas offering food and fun. The iPic, meanwhile, will offer luxury seating (including full leg recliners), gourmet food and handcrafted farm-to-glass cocktails.

Pinstripes will occupy 32,000 sf of first and second floor indoor and outdoor space. The venue will feature 16 bowling lanes, ten indoor and outdoor bocce courts, patios, fire pits and event space accommodating 20 to 600 people.

iPic is known for its “premium plus” seating that includes full-leg-reclining seats, pillows and blankets and individual service-call buttons that summon servers. Guests are also able to purchase food from iPic’s restaurant concept — Tanzy Express.

Wade Park, which broke ground earlier this month, is a 175-acre mixed use development along the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Rd. It will also be home to Whole Foods Market and include upscale retail, fine dining, entertainment, hotels, commercial office space and residential housing.

The first phase of Wade Park, which will include Whole Foods, Pinstripes and iPic, is set to open spring 2016.
