Garlyn Shelton showcases 31,000-SF Temple dealership

TEMPLE – Garlyn Shelton Nissan is adding yet another facility. A 31,000-sf, state-of-the-art dealership located on I- 35 and Midway Dr. will be completed in October.

The facility is estimated to contain 30 to 35 rooms that will showcase Buick, GMC and Cadillac products.

This is the dealership’s fifth facility in Temple, adding to its Volkswagen, BMW Mazda, Cadillac and GMC Buick Loop 363. The dealership plans to move the Buick store to the new facility to allow for more showroom space.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the 30,000-sf dealership has a construction price tag of $4.25 million.
