Nerium cosmetics firm to 76,000 SF in Addison

ADDISON – Nerium International LLC has rented almost 76,000 sf in the Forum at Beltline Complex at 4006 Belt Line Rd.

The cosmetics firm will expand by almost 50,000 sf in the move from its current office. Nerium started in 2011 with just 5,432 sf.

“Nerium absolutely looked at the market, but they like this property,” said Sharon Friedberg, of Bradford Commercial Real Estate. “It has a good owner and management plus it’s a quiet campus-like setting in the heart of Addison.”
