Irving: Cheddar’s Cafe HQ flows to Cypress Waters

IRVING – Developer Billingsley Co. has finished construction a 35,000-sf office building that will house the corporate headquarters for Cheddar’s Casual Cafe restaurant chain.

The project, which took only 190 days to complete, is located in Billingsley’s Cypress Waters at LBJ Fwy. and Ranch Trail.

“Our new space at Cypress Waters will allow us to support our 150 restaurants in 28 states and hopefully more as we continue to grow and expand,” Cheddar’s Executive Vice President Rick Payne said in a statement.

Billingsley is still working on corporate offices for 7-Eleven and Nationstar Mortgage in Cypress Waters.

The 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development is planned for 4 million sf of office space plus retail and more than 10,000 residences.
