U.S. Government nabs 161,000 SF in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) has executed a full-building lease with the U.S. Government for an approximately 160,500-sf building under construction in the company’s Sentry Gateway office park in San Antonio.

The building is expected to be complete during fourth quarter 2014, with a lease start date in 1Q 2016. (Hum, this doesn’t seem correct but all the sources have the same thing. If you have better information, please contact the Market Data Sources team.)

Upon completion of this building, Sentry Gateway will consist of 953,000 sf.
