SAN ANTONIO - The citywide medical office market experienced 146,170 sf of positive net absorption in second quarter, according to REOC San Antonio.

The vacancy rate ticked up slightly to 17.5 percent compared to 17.2 percent last quarter, but it stands improved from 18.6 percent recorded in 2Q 2013.
