CORPUS CHRISTI – Texas A&M Corpus Christi has officially opened the $8 million, 18,700-sf Islander Dining Hall. It is the first time since 1948 the campus has offered a meal plan with a dining hall.

There are six culinary stations and 600 food options available weekly.

The nearly 1,800 students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan. Additionally, the facility is available to the rest of the student body, which has grown to over 11,000.
