Richardson Mercantile leases 50,000-SF in Dal-Rich (Village)

RICHARDSON – Richardson Mercantile has leased 50,032 sf at Dal-Rich Village. The gifts, furniture, jewelry, antiques, home décor and apparel retailer will anchor the property at the southeast corner of Coit Rd. and Beltline Rd.

After landing the new anchor tenant, the 40-year-old retail center has been renamed Dal-Rich Towne Square.

This is the second mercantile shop to open in Dallas-Fort Worth, following the success of the Frisco Mercantile on Preston Rd.

Richardson Mercantile is scheduled to open on October 1.
