FARMERS BRANCH – Panda Energy has leased 39,000 sf for its headquarters in the Providence Towers office complex at the Dallas North Tollway and Spring Valley Rd.

Panda will occupy the top two floors of the office building, which was recently vacated by Henry S. Miller Co.

The energy company is moving from a building at the intersection of Spring Valley Rd. and Midway Rd. where it has had its offices for three decades.

“The vacancy at Providence Towers was only on the market for six weeks and presented a unique opportunity which will fit their needs perfectly for the long term future,” said Robbie Baty, of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.
