361-unit Richardson apartment completes construction

RICHARDSON – A San Francisco-based developer has finished construction of a 361-unit apartment community.

Located at 2323 Plaza Blvd., the Ovation at Galatyn Park has one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 500 to 1,700 sf with monthly rents starting at $1,525. The apartment also includes a pool, fitness center, sky lounge, outdoor game room, arcade, billiards room, and a podcast studio.

Developer Legacy Partners is working with Bridge Investment Group on the project. WDG Architecture is the designer.​
