SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) set a record for student enrollment this year with 9,940 students.
That is a 3.6 percent increase from last year and enrollment has nearly tripled since 2000.
UIW is now the fourth largest private university in Texas. The San Antonio-based school offers 80 undergraduate, graduate and professional programs.
