Ground breaks on George’s Ranch in Boerne

​BOERNE – The Lookout Group is breaking ground on George’s Ranch and is set to deliver 800 homes over 1,100 acres.

The first phase of George’s Ranch will have about 140 lots that will finish at the end of this year.

Amenities include walking trails and a gated community with a guard house.

Semi-custom homes at George’s Ranch are expected to start at $800,000, with custom homes starting at $1.5 million.

Development at George’s Ranch is estimated to cost $100 million. The Lookout Group’s assessed value of the property is $950 million on completion.

Lookout Group expects homes to be available for sale by summer of 2024.​​
