3,200-acre master-planned Fulshear community nears completion

FULSHEAR – Cross Creek Ranch, a 3,200-acre master-planned community, is approaching buildout as home sales begin in its final neighborhood, Legacy Ridge.

Highland Homes is preselling 39 homes in the eight-acre section on the community’s southwest corner off Fulshear Bend Dr. Johnson Development expects to deliver the 40-ft lots by the end of the month.

Eight floor plans range from 1,582 to 2,815 sf and are priced starting in the upper $300,000s. The homes will have three to five bedrooms and two to four full baths.

Cross Creek Ranch is now about 200 homes from buildout with the final homes expected to be sold in the next 18 months. At that time, the community will have about 6,000 single-family and townhomes, and 1,600 apartment units.​
