CELINA – A 550-acre former equestrian ranch has been approved for residential redevelopment.

Rainwater Crossing near CR 134 will have 1,900 homes, including single-family, townhomes, multifamily units, and tiny homes. 

The project will have 42 acres of open space and 13 acres of public parkland, as well as a resort-style clubhouse, pool, playground, and sports courts.

Green Brick Partners Inc. and Hersh Family Investments are the developers. CB Jeni Homes, Normandy Homes, Southgate Homes, and Centre Living Homes, all subsidiaries of Green Brick, will build the homes.​
