Las Colinas entertainment complex getting major overhaul

IRVING – A Las Colinas entertainment complex will undergo $30 million in renovations starting next month.

The $180 million Toyota Music Factory between SH 114 and Las Colinas Blvd. has a movie theater, 4,000-seat indoor concert hall, 8,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, 206,756 sf of retail and restaurant space, and a 100,000-sf office building. 

The overhaul includes remodeling restaurant storefronts and patios. Work will be completed later this year.

The city-owned complex is operated by New York-based Brookfield. Arkansas-based Design & Construction Integration LLC is the renovations designer.​
