$5.7M Apartment project in store for Pottsboro

POTTSBORO, GRAYSON COUNTY – Construction is expected to begin in December on a 56-unit apartment complex along Spur 316.

The new complex, Abbington Junction, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will fund 9 percent of the project’s $5.7 million investment.

Nine of the 56 units will be sold at market rate, while the other 47 will be sold at lower rates for working families based on their income.
