SABOR: area home sales August 2014
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) released home sales data for August 2014. Some quick facts include:
• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $175,000, down 1.8 percent versus July 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 5.6 percent from July 2014 for an August 2014 total of 2,066 sold units.
• Condos increased in price to $109,750, up 18.0 percent versus July 2014.
• Existing condo sales increased 22.2 percent in August 2014 over July 2014 for a total of 88 sold units.
