​​​​​RICHARDSON – An Omaha-based investor has acquired a 300,000-sf office high-rise on North Central Expy.​​

The 11-story Collins Crossing tower is 85 percent with tenants including Dell, ARGO, and Nexperia and was purchased with 3.5 adjacent acres that are zoned for apartments.

The property was purchased by Goldenrod Cos. Newmark Group arranged the sale for the seller, Franklin Street Properties. ​
