AUSTIN – A 3.7-acre site at 7606 Albert Rd. has been rezoned for townhouses and condominiums.

The new zoning will allow 46 residential units on the property, marking the latest change for the single-family neighborhood south of William Cannon Dr. and east of Menchaca Rd.

Units are expected to reach 1,700 sf. A rendering indicates the units will have large open-living spaces and outdoor patios.

The land is currently valued at just over $575,000.

Albert Road Horizontal Investors LP is spearheading the project backed by The Geyser Group.
