114-home single-family rental community opens south of Houston

​​ROSHARON – Balcara at Meridiana, a 114-unit build-to-rent community, is opening near SH 288 and CR 56.​

The community includes three- and four-bedroom houses ranging from 1,700 to 1,770 sf. Each home has a fenced backyard and two-car garage.

Amenities include fitness center, billiard room, children’s playroom, pool, playground, and dog park.​​
