FORT BEND COUNTY – Starwood Land has begun home sales in Emberly, a 933-acre community along US 59.

Starwood Land has completed about 320 lots. At buildout, the community will have about 2,500 homes on 40- to 55-foot lots.

The homes are currently priced from the $200,000s to $500,000s.

The developer plans to start construction on its amenity village in the spring. It will include a pool and clubhouse, splash pad, pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, dog park, and hike-and-bike trails.

A small portion facing the freeway is set aside for commercial development, and the community includes a site for a future Lamar Consolidated ISD campus.
