ADDISON – Houston-based Lovett Industrial and Dallas-based Rosewood Property Co. are partnering on a new business park called the Addison Innovation Center.
The 12-acre park will include a new 101,000-sf building and a 140,000-sf former call center at 16675 Addison Rd. that is being converted into a multitenant warehouse.
LGE Design Group is designing the project, and Colliers International is handling marketing. Financing was arranged by JLL.
