1.8M-sf industrial trio kicks off new Mesquite business park

MESQUITE – A new business park is opening to tenants after completing the 1.8 million-sf first phase of construction.

20 East at Trinity point is on 192 acres at 12955 FM 2932. Its first three buildings range from 294,063 to one million sf with 36- to 40-ft clear heights and cross-dock loading configurations.​

Phase two will have three speculative buildings totaling 1.6 million sf on 92 acres with heavy trailer storage and car parking.

Stream Realty Partners is the developer and owner of the business park and will lease and manage the property.​
