GEORGETOWN – Jackson-Shaw Development is nearing completion of phase one of its 488,000-sf Crosspoint Business District industrial project.
The first phase consists of three buildings across 61.7 acres. Onyx Homes preleased all 204,000 sf of Building 1 and plans to take occupancy in December. Grander Distributing has signed for 41,950 sf in Building 3.
Powers Brown designed the project, and Joeris served as the general contractor.
