​CYPRESS – Trademark Property Co. is set to acquire 37 acres in Dunham Pointe, a 1,300-acre master-planned community at SH 290 and Mason Rd.

The developer plans to create a mixed-use town center.

The site will be walkable with 225,000 sf of retail space, 500 multifamily residential units, offices, and hotels.​
