Asana buys 1949 Dallas Design District property

​​​​​​DALLAS – A  North Carolina-based real estate firm has purchased a 75-year-old Design District showroom and office complex.

Located at 150 Turtle Creek Blvd., the 155,000-sf International on Turtle Creek was formerly a parts warehouse before being converted into space for furnishings, creative, and design firms in 2005.

Asana Partners bought the property from Quadrant Investment Properties and Federal Capital Partners.

Asana Partners has more than three dozen properties in Deep Ellum and purchased 421,000 sf of office and retail space in Victory Park in 2019. They have a total of nine million sf of commercial properties across the country. ​
