MAGNOLIA – The 3,000-acre Audubon master-planned community will add 232 homes in its new Creekside South district, which is expected to break ground later this year.

The new district will have 97 45-ft homesites, 59 60-ft homesites for patio homes, and 44 80-ft lots.

Sitterle Homes and Newmark Homes will serve as builders for the project.​
