SAN ANTONIO – Evergen Equity recently acquired a 211,000-sf warehouse at 5827 US 90.

The site was most recently assessed at $6 million, tax records show.

The building currently serves as the headquarters for local equipment rental company Flasher Equipment Co.

Evergen plans to renovate the 96,000 sf that Flasher does not occupy.

Stream Realty Partners brokered the deal and will handle leasing.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
