The firm recently took out a $42.6 million loan from JPMorgan Chase, though sales price was not disclosed. The 322-unit, 540,000-sf complex was built in 2021 and most recently assessed at $60 million. The property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans as well as townhome-style units.
