ARLINGTON – A 91,856-sf shopping center was sold to a real estate investor with dozens of properties in Texas and Oklahoma.

Located at 4629 South Cooper St. off I-20, Cooper Street Plaza is 97 percent leased. Tenants include K&G Men's Co., Office Max, Black Rifle Coffee, UPS, State Farm Insurance, and Ninja Sushi. 

The buyer, Vista Property Co., also owns Vista Ridge Village in Lewisville and the South Frisco and Frisco Lakes shopping centers in Frisco. 

CBRE Group brokered the sale and marketed the property.
