HOUSTON – Power Electronics USA has leased Airtex Commerce Center, a 166,250-sf distribution warehouse at 431 E. Airtex Rd.
The first part of the lease, for about 77,000 sf, has already started, while the lease for the remaining space of the facility starts in April.
Transwestern represented the property owner, Nuveen of New York City, while Colliers represented the tenant.
