​SAN ANTONIO – Local real estate investment firm DJE Texas Management Group closed last week on a vacant retail building at 345 West Commerce St.

The building, known as the Leeds Building, has an assessed value of $938,430, according to a 2023 appraisal of the site.

The lead developer predicts the upstairs of the building will be office space and the downstairs will be retail, likely a restaurant.

JJ Real Co. represented the buyer, and Accelerated Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
