SUGAR LAND – Lake Pointe Plaza, a 53-acre mixed-use project at the intersection of I-69 and SH 6, is being developed by Planned Community Developers.

It will have waterfront activities, residential options, office spaces, medical and life sciences facilities, a hotel with a conference center, retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Construction begins in third quarter 2024.​
