SCHERTZ – MEI Rigging & Crating has renewed its lease at Doerr Lane Logistics Center, located at 9807 Doerr Ln.

In addition, the company expanded by 78,362 sf and now occupies 191,297 sf.

Atlanta-based Ackerman & Co. and Baltisse US Inc. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations, while ATCAP Partners represented the tenant.
