FORT WORTH – A multifamily acquisition marks real estate investment firm Calvera's first North Texas property.

Located at 2925 W Normandale St., the 192-unit Saddlehorn Vista Apartments will undergo rebrandin​g and new signage as well as renovations on landscaping and common areas.

Calvera has properties in Austin; Carrboro, N.C.; and Oakland, Calif. totaling $113 million.​​
