GEORGETOWN – Mosaic and NexMetro Communities will build Avilla Berry Creek, a 224-unit build-to-rent residential community projected to cost $66 million.

The neighborhood will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom detached homes and duplexes that will start at 690 sf and include private backyards and front patios.

There will also be a pool, clubhouse, community garden, and dog park.

Completion is slated for summer 2025.​
