​WESTLAKE – Deloitte LLP will break ground in January on the $300 million expansion of its campus in Circle T Ranch.

First up for the 700,000-sf Deloitte University Campus is a 257,000-sf, five-story building with classrooms, meeting rooms, outdoor roof terrace, food and beverage, and 300 guest rooms. That building is expected to open in 2025. 

Tarrant County approved $5 million in tax breaks for the expansion.

The project is designed by Gensler Architects and owned by Deloitte LLP.​​
