HOUSTON – Horizon Forest Products has signed a 30,600-sf industrial lease at 9284 Baythorne Dr.

Bridge Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America in the lease negotiations, while Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant.​
