Chicago firm purchases 336-unit The Warner

​ROUND ROCK – Chicago-based Harbor Group International LLC has purchased The Warner, a 336-unit multifamily complex.

The 326,015-sf property on 11 acres at 36​​70 S. AW Grimes Blvd. was completed last year.​

The Warner has one-, two-, and three- bedroom layouts,​ a resort-style pool with cabanas and tanning deck, outdoor gaming, fitness lawn, club lounge, private dog park, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The property was most recently appraised at $100 million by Williamson County. It was 96.1 percent occupied and 97.5 percent leased at the time of sale.

The sellers were co-developers Stanmore Partners LLC and Transwestern Investment Group.
