FORT WORTH – A one million-sf industrial project has begun construction at Everman Pkwy. and I-35.

The $70 million warehouse will have speculative office space and will be completed in October 2024.

The project's developer, TCRG Opportunity VII, a subsidiary of TCRG Properties, also developed a 1.1 million-sf speculative warehouse in Synergy Crossing near Harmon Rd. and Golden Triangle Blvd.​
