Beaumont: 86,000-SF Victory Medical sold in $131M deal

BEAUMONT – The 86,128-sf Victory Medical Center specialty hospital and medical office has been sold for $33.6 million.

The Beaumont property was part of a portfolio that included three inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and two medical centers acquired by CNL Healthcare Properties for $131.1 million.

CNL also acquired the 23-bed Victory Medical Center in Hurst, Tex., for $29.5 million.

The other properties included:

• Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital with 50 beds for $25.5 million in Oklahoma City;
• Desert Canyon Rehabilitation Hospital with 50 beds for $22.3 million in Las Vegas; and
• St. Joseph Rehabilitation Hospital with 40 bed for $20.2 million in Indiana.
   

The Hospital Portfolio now contains 180 bed in 296,000 sf, according to SEC filings.
