The units are already 80 percent sold, with four of the 22 penthouses remaining available.
The 35-story, $290 million tower at 17ll Allen Pkwy. will include a 170-room Thompson Hotel on the first 15 floors, while the remaining floors will be dedicated to 99 condo units. The condo units will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans plus 22 penthouses, including one full-floor penthouse. Prices range from $800,000 to $8 million. The Residences at The Allen broke ground in 2019 and topped out in 2022. | Houston Business Journal
