The View at TPC purchased by California-based property developer

SAN ANTONIO – Watermarke Properties out of California has acquired The View at TPC. The 416-unit complex is at 4092 TPC Parkway.

The property has an assessed value of $68.5 million and was sold for $70.8 million.

The buyer listed itself as 4092 TPC LLC, which is registered to an office in Nevada and tied to Watermarke Properties President Jeff Troesh.

The resort-style community overlooks the Cibolo Canyons and offers apartment units with up to four-bedrooms, as well as a fitness center, a clubhouse, and other amenities.

The deal was marketed by Newmark. ​
