The 550,000-sf development consists of five buildings on a 44-acre site. The buildings range from 69,000 to 139,000 sf and has a mix of front-load, cross-dock, and rear-load configurations and 28- to 32-ft clear heights. Ashford Dairy signed an industrial lease for a 52,000-sf space with a commissary, test kitchen and a refrigerated storage area. Porcelanosa USA signed an industrial lease for 70,000 sf.
