The complex currently has five three-story buildings with seven additional buildings expected to be completed in October. The development has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 674 to 1,318 sf and priced from $1,299 to $2,224. Amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, business center, dog park and dog-washing station, coffee bar, grills, and a pool table. There is also a pond surrounded by a walking trail.
Construction began in November 2021.
