HOUSTON – NewsQuest Properties is nearing completion of its $12 million redevelopment West on West, or WoW, at 12220 Westheimer Rd.
Slated to open this fall, the 90,000-sf retail center will have 90 percent occupancy overall.
The development will be anchored by 99 Ranch Market, which occupies 33,029 sf.
Construction started in 2022.
