NEW BRAUNFELS – Since breaking ground almost four years ago, Veramendi has presented 1,200 home lots and 75,000 sf of commercial space. The next phase of development is slated to break ground in the coming weeks and will feature many new expansions.

Highland Homes and Coventry Homes have joined the group of homebuilders. Coventry homes will start at $470,000 and offer eight different floor plans that reach 3,075 sf.

Other builders at Veramendi include Perry Homes, Pulte Group, Brightland Homes, David Weekley, Scott Felder, and Vista Alta at Veramendi.

Developer ASA Properties also announced a deal with Del Webb, a senior resort developer focused on residents aged 55 and older.

On the commercial side, another 10,000 sf of mixed-used and retail space will be developed later this year.

Three multi-family complexes, delivering some 900 living units, are also expected to wrap up construction around this time next year.
